3Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

After completing his education Nitesh was looking for a job. At the same time ‘Swacch Bharat Mission’ was started by Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi. Highly motivated with the initiative, Nitesh also joined the mission. However, only social work cannot provide bread and butter. His vision was to start some work that would not only help him earn his livelihood but also would be in line with the Swacch Bharat mission. Finding ‘Waste Management’ as the ideal path to serve the dual purpose he started studying the technology of waste management. He traveled to different states of the country to find out the probabilities.
After making his knowledge base strong on the subject, he decided to make it as his career. He launched his own company “Dolphin House Keeping” with expertise in waste management. This was the time when skyscrapers came up in Greater Faridabad where finding any work for his company seems to be a remote possibility. It became a daily routine of Nitesh to call up the president of different societies, waiting for their call in anticipation of a positive reply. At last, he received a call from the president of the Resident Welfare Association and he got his first contract. He was able to justify his work and impress the people with his behaviour and the methodology he used for the work. This helped him get more references and more contracts.
